ONLINE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Ordered Sold by US Federal Bankruptcy Court Case No. 23-12201 The vehicles are located at our office at 1126 Old St. Rt. 74, Batavia, OH 45103 Assets may be inspected at our office during daylight hours. Keys will be available for the vehicles to be started between the hours of 10AM and 4 PM Monday thru Friday. Online Auction: This auction is being conducted as a timed ONLINE Auction. The auction will begin on Wednesday Sept. 25 @ 2:00 PM and begins to end on Wednesday October 9, 2024 @ 2:00 PM. If a bid is placed within two minutes of the bidding deadline, the deadline will be extended by an additional two minutes. The two-minute extension will continue until no bid is placed within two minutes of the bidding deadline. You can participate in the bidding from a computer or mobile device by logging on and registering at www.assetiqllc.com. A valid credit card must be used to register to bid. Payment. The highest bidder will be notified by email upon the conclusion of the auction that their bid is being submitted to the bankruptcy trustee for final approval. Final approval will occur no later than 4:00 PM on the day the auction ends. Payment will ONLY be accepted in the form of cashier's check, or wire transfer. Cashier's check may be delivered to our office between 9 AM & 4 PM on Wednesday Oct. 9 or Thursday Oct. 10, 2024. Payment must be made in full no later than 4 PM on Thursday October 10, 2024. Any unpaid balances are subject to collection by the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Buyer Premium. A fifteen percent buyer premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount to be paid by the purchaser. Therefore, the full purchase price to be paid by the Buyer is the sum of the final bid price as acknowledged and accepted by the software/program, plus the Buyer Premium of fifteen percent of the final bid price. Example: High bid amount of $10,000 plus $1,500 (fifteen percent buyer premium) equals final purchase price of $11,500. Purchases may only be removed after payment in full has been received by the auction firm. Purchases MUST be removed no later than 4 PM on Friday October 18, 2024. Charges in the amount of $50 per day will be charged to the Purchaser expense removed from the premises. Buyer hereby grants Asset IQ LLC an irrevocable power of attorney to remove and/or store the purchased assets at Buyer's expense. The assets shall not be released until Asset IQ LLC has received payment in full in good, cleared funds. Title. All vehicles are selling free and clear of any and all liens. A Bill of Sale will be issued to the purchaser upon payment. Temporary tags may be acquired with a Bill of Sale. A fully executed clean title will be mailed to the purchaser within 45 days of the completion of the auction. Licensing fees. The Buyer shall be responsible for any and all licensing fees required by their state. Insurance. Insurance of vehicles purchased shall be the Buyer's responsibility. Buyer is advised to place insurance on vehicles prior to removal. "AS-IS" - no warranties. All vehicles are being sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and as the bidders believe them to be". Bidders are responsible to inspect the vehicles prior to bidding and satisfy themselves as to their condition and all other matters relating to the vehicles purchased. We encourage bidders to inspect the assets prior to bidding. Vehicles will sell to the highest bidder with no starting price, subject to trustee confirmation.
