Bidders should complete their own due diligence prior to bidding. 2.) 10% buyers premium applies to final bid to establish sale price. 3.) Payment due in full with pickup. 4.) Possession with payment. 5.) Applicable KY sales tax applies unless Buyer provides KY Dept. of Revenue Agriculture Exemption Number. 6.) If they are a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit will be applied towards the purchase price. If they are not a winning bidder, the "bid" deposit shall be refunded.
