The auctioneer reserves the right to remove or add items from the auction, modify terms, or reject any bid. The Auctioneer is not responsible for any third-party technological issues. BUYER‘S PREMIUM/PAYMENT: 16% Buyers Premium applies to all lots. Payment can be made using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash. No Checks Settlement/Payment of all items/lots are to be made in full before packing, moving, or departing the pick-up location. SALES TAX: 8.25% Sales Tax will also be applied to each lot or item sold. If you are TAX EXEMPT, please bring your vaild certificate and a completed form for our records. SHIPPING: Shipping expenses are the sole and complete responsibility of the buyer. Any required packing or preparation is to be provided by a 3rd party. The Auctioneer will meet with buyer’s shipping agent during the prescribed pick-up times only. **The auctioneer is not in the shipping business and does not offer shipping, however, to facilitate a transaction, the auctioneer will drop off SELECT items at a mutually agreed upon 3rd party shipping agent for a fee of $7 per item/lot exclusive of any shipping or packing expense. ***Auctioneer is not responsible for items that may be damaged in shipping, It is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase any needed insurance to cover damage or loss that occurs in the shipping process***Once an item is taken to the shipping facility it is not the auctioneer's responsibility or liability for any damage that may occur during the packing and shipping process. Buyer MUST contact Auctioneer in ADVANCE to determine if the SELECT item is eligible for this service. Large bulky heavy items will not be eligible for drop off at a 3rd party shipper and will require buyer to arrange pick up by 3rd party shipping service. Again, contact the auctioneer in advance of bidding to determine if the item is eligible for this service. ITEM DESCRIPTION/CONDITION: The auctioneer has strived to describe the item/lot thoroughly and accurately. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer/bidder to inspect or review all details. An inspection/visit day has been provided for the buyer to make any necessary inspections/reviews. Any representation made is based on our interpretation or information provided to us. Each lot/item is sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS," with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales are FINAL. We do not test items, therefore we encourage questions and appointments for preview. Many times there is no way/time for us to plug in all items to test them. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ask or come to preview items they are interested in, in order to know the working condition of a specific item. No refund or compensation will be issued for bids submitted. BIDDING: The Auctioneer utilizes HiBid/Auctionflex 360 platform for online bidding. Bidders will be required to register through HiBid. This process requires a credit card to complete bidder registration. By submitting a bid, the bidder/buyer is agreeing to these terms & conditions. The buyer acknowledges that this is binding contract once the bid is submitted and payment must be paid in full upon auction closing in US dollars. The bidding will have a soft close. REMOVAL/PICK-UP: Buyer is to bring ID of the registered winning bidder and/or a copy of the invoice. The buyer is responsible to pick up items/lots won at their sole expense and risk. Any required packing, moving/labor, disassembly, tools, or transport is to be the responsibility of the buyer. The auction staff is not available to help carry or load items. Should any damage occur to pick-up location as a result of item/lot removal, the buyer will be responsible for such. Pick-Up Dates and Times will be provided. All items must be picked up during these time periods stated by the auctioneer. Items that are not picked up during the assigned periods will be considered abandoned and forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyer’s credit card will be charged for items not picked-up. The Auctioneer reserves the right to limit access to the pick-up location depending on the number of buyers on site at one time. For this reason, it is best to schedule pick up time with the auctioneer AFTER receiving invoice/notification of winning bid. Do Not Bid on items if you cannot commit to pick up the item/lot during the pick-up dates/times provided. Should a buyer not pick-up their winning items, their credit card will be charged for the items they won.
