ONLINE AUCTION STARTS CLOSING:
Online Auction Starts Closing Sunday, May 13, 2018 @ 6:30PM CST. Each lot ends a 20 seconds after the previous lot, bidding activity will extend 3 minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last 3 minutes. For Example, Lot 31 will actually start closing at 6:10 as long as there has been no bidding activity in the last 3 minutes. You can keep bidding on any lot as long as there is time left.
REQUIRED REGISTRATION INFORMATION TO BID:
You are required to register with a valid email address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. This does not mean you have to pay with the credit card that you register with. We do accept other forms of payment such as: Cash Check Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Persons not giving this correct or valid information will not be allowed access to this auction.

For Lots 1-450a inspection will be Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10am - 2pm or by appointment.

ONLINE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All items sold "as is, where is" with no warranty. All sales are final. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of any goods offered in this sale. The items are available to the public for inspection until the auction closing, for an appointment call (715)305-2475). Iggy's Auction House, LLC(Officers, Members & Employees) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet but makes no representations, in no event shall Iggy's Auction House, LLC(Officers, Members & Employees) be held responsible for having made or implied and warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Iggy's Auction House, LLC(Officers, Members & Employees) will neither be held responsible for accidents, nor errors, deletions or omissions. No credit or adjustments will be allowed in any form or amount. The buyer relies exclusively on his/her pre-auction inspection and each lot is sold with all fault and defects therein. The buyer shall take full responsibility and assume all risk of said equipment and or items from the time the auction company accepts the final bid from the buyer.

There will be a 10% buyers fee on all purchases, 3% Convenience fee for paying with a credit card. 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax Applies. $10 FEE FOR HANDGUN BUYERS. Everything Sold As Is. No Warranties. If Iggy's Auction House, LLC receives a returned check; the buyer agrees to pay a $25 returned check fee. All items won must be paid for before any items can be picked up.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION END, which is Thursday, May 17, 2017 at 6:30pm, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. If not paid by then, you agree to have your credit card that you registered with charged for the total of your invoice plus the 3% Convenience fee. Items are considered abandoned if not picked up within 15 days of purchase and are no longer your property.
ALL GUN BUYERS MUST CLEAR STATE AND FEDERAL REGULATORY CHECKS. All Handgun Buyers will pay a $10 WI state fee. Firearms must be paid for before we will conduct a background check. Any out of state Firearms Purchases must be shipped to an FFL Holder in their State of Residency, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE ADDED. Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. NO REFUNDS. As a precondition of participating in this auction, buyer agrees to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
SALES TAX: 5.5% WISCONSIN SALES TAX IS PAYABLE BY ALL BUYERS LIABLE TO TAX. All dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Wisconsin Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate prior to Checkout for Tax Exempt Status.
Any individual found tampering with items on this auction will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyer will indemnify and hold Iggy's Auction House, LLC(and our affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, members and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, your improper use of Iggy's Auction House, LLC services or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin will govern the terms and conditions between you and Iggy's Auction House, LLC, except as otherwise stated in the terms and conditions.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
BID INCREMENTS:
Bidding increment are: $1 to $1,000 $1.00
STAGGERED AND SOFT CLOSE:
Staggered Close: each lot ends 20 seconds after the previous lot (several second delay between each lot, so all lots don't end at the same time).
Soft Close: Bidding activity will extend three (3) minutes, per lot, if there is bidding activity in that lot in the last three (3) minutes. Bidding will be extended until there are no more bids.

It is very important for you to keep refreshing your page to see the current bids and to see if you have been outbid. The bids are constantly changing.
PRACTICE BIDDING LOT:
This lot is used for test bidding and to place sample and practice bids. Feel free to bid on this lot, these are sample bids only.
MAX BID AMOUNT:
If you are not going to be available when the auction ends you can place a max bid. You can enter the highest amount you are willing to pay and the computer will automatically bid up to your max amount in the increments specified. EXAMPLE 1. If the bid is at $20 and if you put in a $250 max bid, you would be the high bid at $21, provided no one else has placed a higher bid. If the auction ends at $21 you would be the winner at $21, It would take someone else to bid against you to increase your bid. EXAMPLE 2. If the bid is at $20 and your max bid is $250 and someone else has placed a bid of $150, then your bid would be advanced to $151. And if the auction ends at $151 that is what you pay, not $250. It takes someone to bid against you to advance your bid, just like a live auction.

For smaller items, shipping may be available. Please call Trina to verify if shipping is available or not before bidding on item(s). If item(s) won can be shipped, we take them to our local shipping company. They would package and ship item(s) to you and would bill you directly.
