Items are located at address listed for pick-up. Payment Instructions: After the auction has ended you will receive an invoice email that will include a link to invoice. (We prefer online payments). We can accept Paypal, Venmo and CC. Credit Card is paid by online invoice, so if that is the route you would like to take please let us know and we will send before you pick up. Please pay right after the auction has ended and you have received your invoice. Online payment must be made within 24hrs after item is sold. 5.5% Sales Tax Applies to all purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt -THIS APPLIES TO THE TOTAL WINNING BID + BUYERS PREMIUM.
No items may be removed from the pick up site until payment is received by Aero Industries LLC. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Aero Industries LLC reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
Pickup Details: Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not paid for and picked up by last pick up date/time will be considered abandoned and Hibid will be notified of non-payment by buyer. If buyer would not like to pick up the item it is acceptable to pay for item and abandon. *Advantage is being taken with special arrangements. Handling fees, storage fees and penalties will be strongly enforced from here on out.*
Shipping Instructions: Shipping is offered on a lot by lot basis by Aero Industries LLC for this auction. We can pack and ship the items in house. Typically the cost of shipping will be retail shipping costs. In most cases packaging will be included however in some cases their may be packaging and handling costs above and beyond this. If a company or person is doing the shipping for you items must still be paid for and picked up during scheduled times.
BIDDER INFORMATION & SECURITY. All registration information the bidder provides to Aero Industries LLC shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify Aero Industries LLC if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
THE AUCTION WILL BE CONTROLLED BY THE AUCTIONEER PROGRAM. Aero Industries LLC is not responsible for malfunctions or system errors which cause a bid or bidder to fail to be recognized or registered. If there is a dispute, Aero Industries LLC may re-open the bidding at Aero Industries LLC 's sole discretion and shall serve as the sole arbiter as to who is or is not allowed to bid. Aero Industries LLC reserves the right to add to, delete, withdraw, consolidate or break down properties or quantities offered, to sell out of scheduled sequence, to reject any bid which is only a fraction advance over the preceding bid and to accept or reject any or all bids. Aero Industries LLC reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any property at any time.
