Action Rifle
This is a Sussex pick-up (or ship direct to a FFL holder (you or your designee)). FFL/Background paperwork will need to be filled out, a $25 fee will be assessed on your invoice, and a background check will be done before removal of gun from the store. A valid up to date WI driver's license/ID will also need to be provided. You must be a resident of Wisconsin to purchase this item (and/or hold an FFL in this state or any other (we can ship to your FFL too), and you must be at least 18 years of age. We will schedule a mutually agreed upon time for you to come in to do the paperwork, it will most likely not be done during regular pickup times!! If multiple guns are purchased simultaneously on one auction from one person you will be assessed the $25 fee for the first gun & no additional background fees for any gun purchased after that on the same order. It is recommended that all guns are reviewed by a gunsmith or gun expert prior to using, as we hold no liability for the item’s operation or functionality. Many guns are being delayed, so there is a good possibility that a gun purchase may require two trips! Please call with any questions before bidding!
