The April Building Materials Online Only Auction starts ending 6:00 PM 4/11/24. Items are located at address listed for pick-up. Payment Instructions: After the auction has ended you will receive an invoice email that includes instructions for payment and pickup. If you wish to pay card please respond to the invoice email right away with your name, if you plan to pay using the card HiBid has on file, and your invoice number so I can change the invoice to reflect the 3.5% change to the buyer's premium and send the new invoice. Payment will be charged automatically at the end of the day of pickup. A 10% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via online auction conducted by United Country Hamele Auction. An additional 3.5% will be added for credit card payment. Online payment must be made within 24hrs after item is sold. Cash, physical card, and paper check payments will be accepted during pickup on Friday. 5.5% Sales Tax Applies to all purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt -THIS APPLIES TO THE TOTAL WINNING BID + BUYERS PREMIUM. Taxes on any titled item: vehicle, recreational vehicle, trailer, boat, camper or any item having a title that needs to be registered will be charged the county tax rate where the item will be registered.

Pickup Details: Pick up to be Friday 4/12/24 9AM - 4PM. Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to 2:00PM 4/12 the card the buyer has on file with HiBid will be automatically charged. *Advantage is being taken with special arrangements. Handling fees, storage fees and penalties will be strongly enforced from here on out. *
Shipping Instructions: Shipping is NOT OFFERED by Hamele for this auction. Buyer is resposible to arrange any packing and shipping of items with an outside company before bidding. If a company or person is doing the shipping for your items must still be paid for and picked up during scheduled times. (See "Shipping" under "Auction Details" for possible 3rd party shipper info.) The shipping service used most often is Mailboxes Pack N Ship out of Baraboo. You will have to contact them at 608-355-0580 to make arrangements
