HBA may at its discretion require a cashiers check or wire transfer for large dollar amount invoices, invoices containing precious metals, or any invoice for any reason at any time. 4. PICKUP IS WED & THURSDAY OF THE WEEK THE AUCTION ENDS. THURSDAY EVENING ALL INVOICES NOT PICKED UP WILL BE BILLED TO THE CARD ON FILE WITH A $5 LATE FEE ADDED.

Shipping invoices will be charged to the card on file at the end of the auction. Packing and shipping costs will be billed in a separate transaction once the items have been packed and weighed. If you are requesting shipping please reply back to your auction invoice, you do not need to call. Please be patient , it sometimes takes several days to a week to get all shipping invoices packed and shipped.
