RE Sales of Firearms/Ammo:
**Hawley Auctions finalizes all sales.
**All federal and state firearms laws apply.
**All firearms will be transferred to our FFL partner, NAPA Auto Parts in Mount Horeb WI. All background checks and firearm transfers will be handled there. NAPA hours for FFL are M-F 8am-4pm, Saturday 8-11am. 1520 Springdale St, Mount Horeb WI. 608-437-4599 (ask for Trent)
**Background checks required (Fee: Long guns $20. Pistols $30.). This fee will be collected by the FFL and is non-refundable.
**FAILURE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK: that firearm will be returned to Hawley Auctions. Hawley Auctions will re-list the firearm in a future auction (date to be determined, within 6 months). Upon resale of the firearm, the original buyer will be refunded the resale price less our handling fee of $35 (refund not to exceed original sale price less the $35 handling fee). Example: buyer purchases firearm for $400 and fails background check. One month later the resale price is $350. The buyer will be refunded $315 ($350 minus $35 fee). If the gun resells for $400 or more, the maximum refund will be $365 ($400-35).
**Shipping on firearms (rifle, shotgun, handgun) will be handled by NAPA Auto Parts (FFL).
