All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". All bids and sales are final. It is the buyers responsibility to check EVERYTHING over, call, email, view with questions. Auctions end Monday night starting to close at 6 pm. Open for pick up starting 2 days after the auction ends - Thursday 2-6 pm, Friday 10-6, Monday 10-6. Any items/lots not picked up or paid for by end of day Monday (following the close of the sale), will be charged to credit card on file with HiBid on Tuesday Following the Auction. Abandonment Any won lots not picked up or had shipping arranged 14 days following the close of the auction is considered abandonment and is property of the auction to sell, donate, etc.

11% Bidders fee +4% with cards. Payment only through Currency Pay in Hibid. Or pay in person with Cash/check/cards. No cards or checks over $200. All card transactions will have a 4% transaction fee.
