Auction Terms & Conditions Terms: 1. Successful bidder will sign a standard Offer to Purchase form within 48 hours of the close of the auction with listing agent with no contingencies. 2. The property is sold subject to the approval of the owner. The Seller may accept, reject, or counter the high bid. 3. A 10% non-refundable down payment will be collected within 48 hours of the close of the auction. 4. The buyer is purchasing the property "AS IS". No warranties are made as to the electrical systems, mechanical systems, structural, or any other aspects regarding the property. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspections of the property. 5. The purchase price bid may not be rescinded. You are bound in a legal contract when bidding on this property. 6. Closing will take place approximately 30 days after the sale ends. 7. There is a 4% Buyers Premium on this auction.
