Auction Terms & Conditions
There is a 10% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.10 plus sales tax at checkout.
PAYMENT: Buyers will be invoiced and charged at the close of the auction. If you wish to pay cash at time of pickup please contact us with that information. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval.
REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site.
Removal hours: Between 10am - 5pm ON SPECIFIED DAY listed in the Auction. Unless previous arrangements are made, Items not removed during the scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned and the buyer will be charged a $20 per item disposal fee. This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. Washignton Estate Liquidation will then dispose of or resell the item.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are being sold "As Is, Where Is," With All Faults and without any warranties as to merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose. The principal, the auctioneer, the advertising coordinator, and any of their agents make no express or implied warranties of any type. Please use common sense when bidding.
All information in the listings was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to ensure accuracy, the principal, Washington Estate Liquidation, the advertising coordinator, and all of their agents shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions therein. It is for this reason that we recommend that all items be thoroughly inspected prior to the point of sale.
