Mr. Easton was from Bellingham so lots of us are familiar with the family. There are vintage new 50's watches, watchmaker's bench with lathe, antique engraving machine, watchmakers cabinet with drawers, WWII Era radio tubes and components, antique cameras and photographic equipment, architectural drawing tools, nice vintage balance scale. Lionel Trains, track and more And more, we are still going through all the stuff..
Registration: Before bidding you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Bidding. Read these terms carefully. You must provide a credit card during registration This card will be charged for any items you are high bidder on. Amout charged will include high bid price, Buyer's Premium and any applicable sales tax. All Bids submitted are final and irrevocable, whether they are submitted in person, on line or by proxy. If you are the highest bidder you are the new owner of that item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Most items are sold without reserves, minimums or limits. McMillan Bros. Auction expressly forbids owners and their agents from bidding on any item they have consigned to an auction. Any items with a reserve will be declared so the bidder is fully aware that the item has a reserve price that must be met for he item to sell. McMillan Bros Auction reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual. Ssuccessful bidders are required to pay a Buyer's Premium on each item purchased. The Buyer's Premium is 15% on all auctions. All items are sold "as is, where is" We make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auctions. We recommend that you visit our gallery or the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding. You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "AS IS" and without recourse. Descriptions are provided to help identify an item and create interest. Descriptions are not complete or exhaustive. It is up to the buyer to determine the condition of the item BEFORE they submit a bid. APPRAISALS & OPINIONS OF VALUE: All values including appraisal prices and auction estimates are to be used as guidance and are not guaranted by the auction company or the third-party appraisal company. No appraisal or auction estimate should be used as a suggestion of resell value. Opinions of the value and quality of stones can vary greatly among "experts" based on current market conditions, availability in the market place , geographical location, gemological equipment types, method of grading and the evaluator's training. Such variances do not constitute any error on eiher evaluator. McMillan Bros. Auction does not warranty any opnion of value. As is customary in the jewelry business, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size and grade only, not actual value. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to resell for appraisal price or for profit. Responsibility and Ownership: Every item becomes the responsibility of the new owner as soon as the online auction is concluded. If you are the highest bidder, you are responsible for insuring your purchase immediately. Buyer should come prepared to pack and load their items. We may be able to assist , but cannot guarantee staff will be available to assist everyone. Purchases must be paid in full before items can be picked up. Any items not paid for or picked up within 14 days of the concluded auction will be deemed abandoned and sold at a future auciton or returned to the seller. Refunds will not be given on abandoned items. A Resellers Permit must be submitted before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged. buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Firearm: You must complete a 4473 and pas a NICS background check to take possession of firearms in an auction. Out of state buyers - firearm will be shipped to FFL License holder only. If you believe you cannot pass a NICS background check, DO NOT BID. If you do not pass the NICS background check, the money will still apply and will not be refunded. Submitting a bid signifiesw your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to or understand any of these Terms and Conditions, DO NOT BID.

Small items we are glad to ship from here. Anything large or difficult we will take to the UPS Store for shipping. They will call you for a credit card.
