In order to meet Washington State non-taxation requirements, you will need to provide the following documentation via email to Info@BellinghamAuction.com 48 hours prior to auction closing: current state ID or driver's license, AND one of the following: current residential agreement, property tax statement, utility bill dated within the previous two months, state income tax return from the previous year, voter registration card, or current credit report. Failure to provide the proper documents may result in your bids being declined. Titles will be mailed to you within 45 days.

When the auction closes, the winning bidders credit card will be charged a $500.00 down payment which is non-refundable. If for any reason bidder cannot pay the entire balance due, this down payment will not be refunded. This $500.00 down payment is deducted from the balance due on the invoice.
