Up for auction are the contents of a 4200 Square Foot Estate on Camano Island, Washington. This Estate will be broken into 3 seperate auctions due to the large amount of items in the Estate. This estate includes 100's of Trains, Train Parts and accessories, including an HO Scale Train track that circles the entire ceiling of the "train" room. Trains include Marx, Lionel, G Scale, Tin, Metal, Diecast, AHM, Spectrum and more. There are also train and Railroad Collectibles, Historical Items and props. The estate contains 18th and 19th century antiques as well as new items. There are Beautiful Antique Furniture Pieces, a large amount of Highly Collectible Cuckoo clocks, Mantle Clocks and wall clocks from around the world. Name brands include but are not limited to SKELETON Clocks, F.K Roeber, Gothic Wn. Roslett & Co. a circa 1800's Scottish Pittenween Grandfather clock, HIppih wall clocks and many more. Also included in this estate is an antique Marble top hall/umbrella tree, antique roll top desks, secretary desks, Flint Ridge Maple 11-drawer dresser, curved front dressers, Eastlake Furniture and several walnut and marble Parlor tables and furniture from the 1800's. There are quite a few convereted antique oil lamps, a Piano, a Chord-A-Lite pianist light, a hammond Player II Organ, a Auto Harp, vintage and antique sheet music. 100's of Antique, vintage and new Cookbooks. Kosta Boda Crystal, Murano Glass, Fenton, Sterling Silverware, Antique Dolls, antique and vintage bibles dating back to the 1800's. There are quite a few pieces of artwork as well. Artists include Aristid Szendy, Oil Painting by W. Reeves and more. You will find many RARE and unique items in this estate and well as box lots of random items, kitchen items, housewares, tools, books, and everything in between. INTERNET ONLY AUCTION Auction Terms & Conditions There is a 18% buyers premium on all items (Plus Local Sales Tax). This means if you bid $1.00 on an item you will be charged $1.18 plus sales tax at checkout. PAYMENT: Your Credit Card on File will be charged at the close of the auction unless you contact us. Full payment must be made by the end of the scheduled pickup time on Auction Pick Up day. We accept all major credit cards, bank money orders and cash. We do not accept personal checks without pre-approval. REMOVAL: Customers are responsible for removing their items from the auction site. Removal hours: You will recieve an email with pickup dates and times for each specific auction. It is also listed in each auction individually. If you require items to be shipped, there is a $10.00 handling fee for shipping in addition to the Shipping Costs. If items are not picked up by the end of auction pickup time on the specified day for auction pickup, your credit card on file will be charged a $20.00 per item disposal fee and the items will be resold or disposed of at our discretion unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $20.00 per item disposal fee for any items not picked up on the date and time listed in the auction. SHIPPING: There is up to a 21-day shipping delay on eveyrthing we ship. We ship items based on our availablity to ship and there is a $10.00 per box handling fee. If you require shipping, you must be patient. We ship in house. We do not ship large items.
