Preview will be Tuesday, Oct 8 from 10 to 5pm at Past Reflections Antiques, 26 Main Street Shop. Warrenton VA 20186 Pick up will be Saturday, Oct 12 from 9 to 2pm at 26 Main St., Warrenton, VA. PAYMENTS: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard ONLY. On Saturday, Sep. 21 your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the entire amount of your purchases, and email sent to you. 2. BIDDING ERRORS: Be aware that many bidders increase their own bid in error. If that happens immediately contact Shumate Auctions, 540-229-7063 or EMAIL: shumateauction@aol.com. Any changes to your bid must be made before the close of the auction, no changes after auction closes. Be advised to review your bid choices before completing the action. 3. STAGGERING CLOSE: This online auction will close multiple items per minute. If an item has active bidding when it comes up to close, that item will be skipped until there is no bidding for 3 minutes, then it will close. 4. State Tax will be applied if your signed tax exempt form is not on file. We cannot accept a verbal number. 6. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase. For example, if you bid $100, at checkout you will be chared $115 plus VA State Tax of .053%. 7. PAID RECEIPT: You will receive an emailed receipt for your purchases by 9AM on Saturday, Oct 12 pickup day. SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer direct to the UPS Store, or other arrangments made by buyer. Shumate Auctions WILL NOT SHIP. 9. FAILURE TO PICK UP: Those items not picked up on Sunday, Sep 22 will be forfeited with no refund and become property of Shumate Auctions, unless arrangements have been made.
