Description
Welcome to our weekly online stamp auction! We have about 50 lots ending every Sunday open for bidding from worldwide collections to US First Day Covers and some of everything in between. Check out our other auctions currently open for bidding on our website www.evstamps.com and please do let us know if you have any questions. Lots are available for viewing in our offices and please let us know if you need more photos, more information about a lot, or would like to submit bids directly to us by phone, email or mail. All lots will sell ending on Sunday afternoon on a staggered basis (the time will count down to 0) and a late bid will extend the time for that lot. If you bid on an item in the last few minutes it will extend bidding on that lot by 5 minutes to try and minimize last-second sniping and also not extend bidding too long. We charge a 15% buyers fee and will begin notifying winning bidders and shipping out the day after the close of the auction. Bidding 1. By placing a bid you accept the terms of sale 2. Any lot may be withdrawn at any time 3. Lots are sold at one advance over the second highest bid 4. All lots are sold for the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's commission Payment 1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be shipped upon payment 2. Shipping will be by US Postal Service at cost + $2.00 handling per package 3. Successful bidders agree to pay for their purchases. No credit is extended without prior agreement and overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month interest after 30 days. 4. Virginia residents and in-person bidders must pay 5.3% state sales tax Returns 1. Any lot described in error can be returned for a full refund if we are notified in writing via mail or email within 15 days of the auction.

We will ship out by USPS (unless it is a large box which is usually cheaper to use UPS) once payment is received. If you are in the Richmond, VA area, please do pick up your wins in person to save on shipping charges. Also, you can visit our stamp store open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10AM to 4PM.
