Selling the living estate of Leonard H. Atkins which will include the Home, Adjoining Lot, Guns, and Personal Property. Items include a COLLECTION OF 20 GUNS, Taxidermy Mounts (deer, wild boar, beaver, fox), Three 12' x 20' Storage Buildings, 12' Hull Boat, Furniture, Kitchen Items, Pyrex, Dishes, Glassware, Oil Lamps, Pathe' Victrola, Vintage Records, Gone With The Wind Hurricane Lamp, Linens, Costume Jewelry, Appliances, Tools, Cast Iron, Englander Wood Stove, Vinyl Record Albums and many other items too numerous to list.
GUNS are currently in storage and will not be at the auction location until the day of the auction.
Terms Of The Auction: All items sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties, written or implied. All announcements on sale day take precedence over prior written, verbal, or posted announcements. No returns. All sales are final. Payment may be made in the form of cash, good check or credit card. Any returned checks will incur a $50.00 fee. A 10% buyer's premium will be in effect for personal property and 5% on real estate. A 3% fee will be applied when using a credit card. Purchase of the real estate will require a five thousand dollar ($5,000.00) non-refundable deposit the day of the sale. Deposit must be paid with cash or bank cashier's check. Final payment must be made within 30 days from auction date. Proof of funds or pre approval letter for financing preferred on day of sale.
