Bidding opens on Monday 5/6 & ends on Sunday 5/19. Lots begin to close at 6 PM (eastern time) on 5/19 (lots close every 30 seconds).
Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minute will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Please get your bids in early, as this auction is larger than usual!

6% Virginia sales tax added to all invoices (unless valid exemption form is emailed prior to the auction end date, send to: pastchapters77@gmail.com).
Credit card authorization is required for bidding. Once the auction is complete, all credit card payments will be processed & winning bidders will receive a text/email from Shipping Saint on behalf of Past Chapters, confirming if items are to be picked up in person, or shipped in house.
PICK UP: For in person pick up, items must be removed on the the following dates (no appointment needed): Thurs. 5/23: 12 PM-5 PM (open times for Thurs updated as of 5/16), Fri. 5/24: 12 PM-7 PM, Sat. 5/25: 10 AM-5 PM or Sun. 5/26: 10 AM - 5 PM. Address: 1123 Alverser Drive, Midlothian, VA 23113. Please bring your own packing materials & boxes (we do not provide those). If items are not picked up, or shipping authorized & paid for, bidder forfeits right to the item(s).
SHIPPING: Most items can be shipped, but if not, it will be noted in the lot description - if it's not eligible for shipping, please DO NOT bid if you are unable to pick up during the allotted time frame. For shipping eligible items, bidder is responsible to pay shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling, which there is a $5 per package fee), which bidder is responsible for payment. All items will be shipped in house (we only ship items that we are confident will make it to our customers safely and efficiently; no 3rd party shipping is offered, unless bidder arranges their own shipping). Shipping Saint, on behalf of Past Chapters, will notify buyer as items move through the shipping process. If more than 1 lot is won, we will combine lots into 1 package when feasible. Buyer will be sent a separate shipping invoice via Shipping Saint & it’s the buyer’s responsibility to make payment within 72 hours of invoice. Once payment is made, items will be shipped out within 7 days (due to size of this auction, please be patient as we get everything packed & invoice links sent out - this auction is large and it may take us some additional time!). We use competitive shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling).
If item(s) are not paid in full within 72 hours or card is declined (and no replacement payment made after we reach out) bidder forfeits right to the item(s) and it becomes property of Past Chapters.
Past Chapters does not guarantee condition or authenticity of any items in this auction. Lots are sold as is (all sales final, no refunds); in person inspection is recommended. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine.
Past Chapters has the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
