Electrical, Plumbing, and Framing rough-in inspections have been completed through the Warren County Building Official. Conditions of Sale House will be sold as it is, where it is, on Thursday Aug. 22, 2024, at 7 PM at a public online auction. Uninstalled door jams and trim will be the responsibility of the buyer. Employees of Warren County Public Schools and members of the Warren County Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee are prohibited from purchasing the house. Warren County Public Schools reserve the right to reject any and all bids. A 10% deposit will be required on the day after the sale (Friday Aug 23). The balance will be due within 30 days from the auction date or when the house is moved, whichever comes first. Failure to do so will make the sale null and void, and the down payment will be forfeited. The house will be re-advertised for sale. Moving the house will be the responsibility of the buyer and must be re-located by Sept. 22, 2024. A $500.00 per day penalty will be imposed if the house is not moved by that date.
