Buyer’s Premium is 18%. 6% Virginia sales tax added to all invoices (unless valid exemption form is emailed prior to the auction end date, send to: pastchapters77@gmail.com). Credit card authorization is required for bidding. Once the auction is complete, all credit card payments will be processed & winning bidders will receive a text/email from Shipping Saint on behalf of Past Chapters, confirming if items are to be picked up in person, or shipped in house. PICK UP (UPDATED, as we have to close early on Thurs 5/23): For in person pick up, items must be removed on the the following dates (no appointment needed): Thurs. 5/23: 12 PM-5 PM, Fri. 5/24: 12 PM-7 PM, Sat. 5/25: 10 AM-5 PM or Sun. 5/26: 10 AM - 5 PM. If items are not picked up, or shipping authorized & paid for, bidder forfeits right to the item(s). SHIPPING: Most items can be shipped, but if not, it will be noted in the lot description - if it's not eligible for shipping, please DO NOT bid if you are unable to pick up during the allotted time frame. For shipping eligible items, bidder is responsible to pay shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling, which there is a $5 per package fee), which bidder is responsible for payment. All items will be shipped in house (we only ship items that we are confident will make it to our customers safely and efficiently; no 3rd party shipping is offered, unless bidder arranges their own shipping). Shipping Saint, on behalf of Past Chapters, will notify buyer as items move through the shipping process. If more than 1 lot is won, we will combine lots into 1 package when feasible. Buyer will be sent a separate shipping invoice via Shipping Saint & it’s the buyer’s responsibility to make payment within 72 hours of invoice. Once payment is made, items will be shipped out within 7 days (due to size of this auction, please be patient as we get everything packed & invoice links sent out - this auction is large and it may take us some additional time!). We use competitive shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling). If item(s) are not paid in full within 72 hours or card is declined (and no replacement payment made after we reach out) bidder forfeits right to the item(s) and it becomes property of Past Chapters. If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of PICKUP. After May 27th, any items not picked up or shipped will be relisted and not refunded. PREVIEW: Our preview day for this auction is by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled by reaching out to auctions@tryc2.com and can be made for Monday through Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm. All items in this auction are sold AS IS. Some items in this auction are damaged, returned items, or missing parts. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on inspection day or on pickup day before removing their items from the facility, if they feel it is necessary. All items in this auction meet the R2V3 standard codes of C8, F6, and is a non-data containing device unless noted otherwise in a listing description BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close END at 5:03pm on May 21st, with each successive lot delayed slightly.
