ONLINE AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every 10 - 13 seconds depending on the online auction. Some lots may be linked together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all linked lots. As soon as the online auction ends, winning bidder credit cards will be processed and all winning bidders will receive an email with an invoice attached showing Paid in Full or Unpaid. LIABILITY: In all cases, the Auctioneer's liability, and the liability of the seller of the items in this auction, will be limited to the refund of your purchase price. The Auctioneer will not be liable for any amount in connection with the postponement or cancellation of this auction, or the withdrawal of any item or lot from this auction. No Liability for Site Malfunction: You understand that this auction is online-only, and so relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning. You agree that the Auctioneer will not be liable for any error or inconvenience that may be the result of such a malfunction. SERVERABILITY: If any term, provision, paragraph, condition, or other portion of this agreement, or the application of these, to any person, place, or circumstance, is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remainder of this agreement and such term, provision, covenant or condition as applied to other persons, places and circumstances will remain in full force and effect. 15. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia. 16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms and Conditions contain our entire agreement and supersede any prior oral or written agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier's checks, and Wire Transfer as Required. NO CHECKS CASH buyers MUST notify Auctioneer via email PRIOR to end of Auction or in notes to Auctioneer when registering! CREDIT CARDS will automatically be processed when last lot closes!
PICK UP: You will receive a separate email from Shipping Saint within the hour. There you MUST schedule pickup or request shipping. That email will have pickup address. Winning bidders that do not pick up during posted dates and times will be charged a $10 PER LOT fee on smalls and $100 PER LOT fee on Furniture and items will be considered abandoned. SHIPPING: Only items marked Shipping Available in catalog will be shipped. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to contact you for total cost of packing and shipping. We will email and text you a shipping cost invoice. We do our own shipping, never a 3rd Party.  We utilize ShippingSaint as our software provider.  Shipping Rates have GONE WAY UP, we ALWAYS ship the cheapest way, whether it be: USPS, FedEx, UPS, UPSSurePost, DHL or other options. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE!  We charge a minimum of $5 to pack PLUS cost of box(s) & materials PLUS postage.  Postage is based upon WEIGHT and SIZE and is NOT based on what you pay for a lot.  PLEASE consider this BEFORE bidding.  Our intention is to always over protect your items with Bubble wrap, peanuts or what ever it takes.
