This is an Online Only - Public Auction Sale of HVAC Machinery, Equipment, Vehicles & More in North Salt Lake, Utah. To be Sold in Auction Lots to the Highest Bidders with No Minimums, No Reserves & 10% Buyer's Premium.
We have done our best to describe, identify quantities, sizes, components, damage and other helpful information where possible HOWEVER, we make no warranties as to the accuracy of descriptions and disclaim all liability for any errors. BID AT YOUR OWN RISK. All Sales are Final - No Returns.
Where possible, bidders are invited to inspect all items in person prior to bidding. PREVIEWS ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (801-521-5600) ON TUESDAY, MAY 7TH. All lots are located in a facility at 1020 N Redwood Road, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054.
Each lot is to be sold "As-is, Where-is" with No Minimums & with a 10% Buyer's Premium. This is a "Soft Close" Auction with bidding for Lot #1 ending first, then each subsequent lot ending approxiametly one minute thereafter (see countdown timer for each lot).
**INVOICES ARE TO BE PAID BY WEDNESDAY, MAY 8TH** **ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ON WEDNESDAY 3/8 AND THURSDAY 3/9. (Forklift Assistance will be available for loading heavy items)**
WE DO NOT SHIP - BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DISMANTLING, PICK-UP, RIGGING, PACKING, TOWING, SHIPPING OR FREIGHT. CONTACT INFO FOR LOCAL PACK, SHIP & FREIGHT COMPANIES MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
HELPFUL BIDDING TIP: When placing a bid, you may notice that you can either bid the next suggested increment or you can enter a "new max bid". The new max bid field gives you an opportunity to put in a bid for the most amount you'd be willing to go up to - but it will only bid you up automatically by the specified bid increment above the highest current bid or any competing max bids. (This essentially allows you to "set it and forget it" if you cannot or choose not to keep watching the bidding until the completion of the auction).
