Absentee Bidding is being offered for this auction.
How it works....After registration is completed and bidding permissions are granted, you may place your bid online before end of the absentee bid time frame.
Pre-bid dates are November 13th, 2024 thru 12:00 noon on December 6th, 2024 CST.
The Live onsite auction begins at 9:00 am CST on December 7th, 2024. We will be selling the personal property and real estate LIVE onsite at 6056 Highway 230, Lyles, TN
Any absentee bids received before the live sale will be added to the in-person bidding. If the absentee bidder is the highest bid, then they will be the winning bidder. If the onsite bid is greater than the absentee bid, then the onsite bidder is the winning bidder. Any successful absentee bid/pre-bid will be notified after the sale concludes and the auction company can contact the winning bidder. Absentee bidding/pre-bidding will close online at 12:00 noon CST on Friday, December 6th at 12PM (Noon) CST.
To be an absentee bidder on the real estate, you will need to contact the auction company and provide one of the following: proof of funds, a bank letter, or deposit of $10,000.00 dollars into the auction company's escrow account. If the absentee bidder is the winning bidder, that earnest money will count toward your 10% day of sale deposit and final purchase. Earnest monies must be deposited no later than next business day, Monday, December 9, 2024, if not already done so. If you are not the winning bidder the earnest money will be fully refunded.
