Located at 324 Home Ave, Maryville, TN – Approximately 13,560 Sq. Ft. United Structures of America Building
3 – 12 ft. Roll Up Doors
1 – 8 ft. Roll Up Door
5 – Entrance Doors
Removal must be completed within 90 days and site cleaned!!
Lot 2:
Located at Home Ave, Maryville, TN – Approxvimately 7,500 Sq. Ft. Dolco Building
4 – 14 ft. Electric Roll Up Doors
5 – Entrance Doors
Sprinkler System and Piping
Removal must be completed within 90 days and site cleaned!!

10% Buyers Premium added to all bids to establish total purchase price. Buildings must be removed down to the pad within 90 days of the end of the auction. $250.00 per day penelty after 90 days. Site must be clean!! Buyer must supply City of Maryville with Certificate of Liability Insurance $1,000,000 and General Aggregate $2,000,000 on the buildings. Buildings must be paid for by cash or cashiers check on day of sale. Surplus Equipment must be paid for and removed day of sale, by cash or cashiers check.
Onsite bidders pay 5% buyers premium, 3% percent credit card premium
**PICK UP WILL BE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. THERE WILL BE A BOBCAT ON SITE TO ASSIST WITH LOADING. THEY WILL LOAD OUT UNTIL 5PM EDT AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. THEY WILL ALSO LOAD OUT 9AM – 4PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4. **
