This auction has just under 600 Lots!!! Featuring 2 Full Size, Completely Restored Railroad Cabooses!!!! One has been restored to represent "The Great Northern Railway" and the other to represent "Southern Railway". Both Cabooses have Cast Iron Stoves In Place. The Great Northern Railway Caboose has Enclosed Half Bath and the Southern has Open Half Bath. Both have Electricity. The Great Northern has been plumbed and has central heat and air!! Both are sitting on Rail and Both are covered by a very large metal roof (see photos)!!!! **Note: the cabooses will be sold to the bare bone, all items inside will be sold in individual lots leaving only walls, floor and ceilings...well, pretty much** There are 2 Antique Railroad Baggage Wagons, Rail Switches, Railroad Lanterns, Railroad Lamps, Paper Memorabilia, 2 Strong Boxes, Railroad Uniforms, Caps, Hard Hats, HO Guage Model Train Engines and Cars, Railroad Step Boxes, Metal and Cast Iron Signs, Fare Boxes and Change Counters, Railroad Office Supplies, Books, Padlocks, Oil and Water Cans, Railroad Tools, Antique Train Car Passenger Bench and Lots, Lots More!!!!! 18% buyers premium – This is a credit card only auction, with the exception of larger ticket items, ie: the Cabooses!!! If you do not want your credit card charged for this auction, please do not bid in this auction!! – No Sales Tax – Shipping will be by third party shippers only. You may contract a shipper yourself or by default, we will pass your items on to UPS Store #2630 on Kingston Pike here in Knoxville for shipping. Shipping is between buyer and shipper!! The buyer of the cabooses will be responsible for contracting someone to dismantle the cover, loading and hauling cover, caboose and rails from property without damaging property any more than what is necessary. Repair of ruts and any major damage will be responsibility of the buyer and their contracted hauler. Buyers of the signal on stand and the track switches will be responsible for unbolting them from the railroad ties and loading them. There are very heavy items in this auction. Buyers will need to bring help with them help to carry and load. Bring boxes and packing material for the small items. NO ONE will be allowed in the cabooses at pickup unless needed to help pickup your heavier items!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! No Lookie-loos!!! The cabooses are way to small and cramped for anyone to just look and see because you’ve never seen one before. Sorry but we can’t have an open house. Be your own judge as to proper names, age, condition and use of items in the catalog. If we have misnamed something, let us know and we will correct it.
