Thanks for registering for our auction! We are selling 2 piles of asphalt millings for the Montgomery County Highway Dept. Online Only Auction begins May 3 at 6pm and will close at 6pm on May 16, 2024. Lot one is located at 165 Old Hwy 48 and lot 2 is located at 630 Palmyra Road. The buyer must remove the millings within 21 days of auction ending. The buyer must use their own equipment to remove. The seller will provide no assistance in the removal of the millings. 1	Asphalt Millings
Approximately 30 dump truck loads of asphalt millings located at the corner of Old Hwy 48 and Marthas Chapel Road. Buyer is completely responsible for removal of material within 21 days of auction closing. Buyer will not be furnished any assistance or equipment to aid in removal. Seller makes no guarantees as to the number of loads of millings. Buyer is purchasing this lot using their own expertise and information.

2	Asphalt Millings
Approximately 15 dump truck loads of asphalt millings located at the corner of Palmyra Road and Coke Road. Buyer is completely responsible for removal of material within 21 days of auction closing.
