Here is another great auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction. We have another opportunity to get some great items from The Bobmart in Rocky Top, TN. We have some high end bicycles, booth seats, household, furniture, and plenty of items that are ready for resale. We have some axes and wood planes great for any collector. All these items and more are ready for a new home with you. URGENT NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. All items not picked up or designated as shipping and not picked up during our designated pickup times will be forfeited. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper after pickup.
