This auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction is out in the beautiful countryside of Greeneville, TN. This is a split level home, so some stairs are involved. The house was occupied by a smoker and had a dog. Anything that is cloth will need a good cleaning. There are some nice tools, ham radio equipment, TVs, and more. This will only be a one day pickup, so please plan accordingly. If you cannot make pickup, then please do not bid. NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate.
