1: Cross Roads Auction Group (CAG) are agents for the seller, bidders are representing themselves 2: Winning Bidders will place a 15% deposit as a non refundable down payment in the form of a good check, cash, or wire transfer to Exit Cross Roads Escrow no later than 24 hours from the close of this auction. Neither the company providing the software nor CAG shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. 9: Winning bidders will be required to sign a purchase and sale agreement with in 24 hours of the completion of the auction. 10: The seller shall pay the seller's side of the closing fee and document prep fee. The buyer shall pay the buyers side of the closing fee and document prep fee.
