This is a Live Simultaneous Auction, offering both in-person and online bidding options. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the contract sale price. The winning bidder must enter into a Contract to Purchase immediately upon being declared the successful bidder by the auctioneer. Following the auction, the winning bidder will sign a purchase agreement. A 20% down payment of the final bid price is due on the day of the auction and is nonrefundable.
