Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waived by providing resale certificate. All items are absolute. After the starting bid, items will sell to the highest bidder. Your card on file will be charged only for won purchases unless you inform us you will be a cash only buyer. If you wish to be approved as a cash buyer, please notify us before bidding. Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Super Buys reserves the right to deny any late pickups.
