Auction Terms & Conditions Terms and conditions: 1. Payment Terms: 15% Buyers Premium. The successful bidders will deposit 10% of the purchase price (including Buyers Premium) and is due sale day in the form of Wire, cashier's check, personal or company check plus a real estate sales contract must be signed. Balance is due in certified funds at closing within 60 days. Possession at closing. No New Survey. 2. Accepted Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier's Check. Mastercard and Visa Only up to $1,500 and a 3% surcharge will apply. 3. Disclaimer- Property is selling "as-is, where-is" with all faults and is selling subject to easements, leases, restrictions, covenants, conditions, zoning HOA and POA fees and all other matters which would be revealed by a current survey or an inspection of the property or which is contained in public records.. Seller reserves the right to cancel the sale. The seller and their agents reserve the right to place bids on the property up to the seller's reserve at their sole discretion. 4. No personal property conveyed with real estate. Neither the seller, Furrow Auction Company nor their agents will be responsible be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. 6. Bidders who are not present for preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Furrow Auction Company will not be responsible for any technical difficulties that bidder may experience with Online Bidding. 8. Furrow Auction Company is providing internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Furrow Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the On-Line auction.
