Seller to pay all 2023 taxes due in 2024 and 2024 to be prorated to closing day. Possession to be given at closing. Announcements made day of auction will take precedence over printed materials & online content. Sellers may accept offer prior to auction. Closing costs to be split 50/50 between buyer and seller.
