You must pick up your items on the specified day and time unless PRIOR arrangements have been made BEFORE the closing of the auction. * NO EXCEPTIONS Do not bid if you are unable to pick up on pick up day. Payment Terms	We take cash, check, or credit/debit card. We prefer cash for local bidders and ALL out of state bidders will require a credit card. 10% Buyers Premium required for ALL in state credit/debit card transactions. 10% Buyers Premium required for ALL Out of State transactions. NO Buyers Premium for Cash & Checks on local pick up transactions ONLY. There will be a $40.00 charge for returned checks and $ 25.00 fee for declined cards, and you will be charged any other fees incured from unsuccessful transactions. If your credit card on file is not current, you will be declined from future auctions. We require a valid card on file at all times.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pick Up Schedule: Saturday September 14th 9am - 6pm MST Location: Sully' Sweetgrass Auction Company 405 3rd Street Fairburn, SD 57738 Shipping will be done in the week following the auction. No need to call if your information is current with HiBid. If you won items and are an out of state bidder, we will bill your credit card on file and ship to address on file. Shipping will be a separate charge billed once item is ready to ship. No need to call unless you need to make different arrangements! If you are local, you need to pick up your items on pick up day. If that day doesn't work, please make arrangements for someone else to pick up that day, or consider not bidding on the auction if you can't make it that day :)
