" Each lot is extended by 2 minutes if a bid is placed during the last minute. " Each bid is a binding agreement. " All lots are sold AS IS. " No Warranty or guarantee on any items. We DO NOT check authenticity of handbags, clothing, etc. " All sales are final - please do buyer due diligence and verify anything of importance to you BEFORE bidding. " No authenticity checks are done on purses or clothing unless noted. " Payment is expected at the end of the auction. " There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to each purchase. " Sales tax will be added to the selling bid price. Exemption Forms must be submitted before auction close. " All items must be picked up within the allotted time frame or will be considered abandoned. " Shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense for items 15 pounds or less.
