Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions * We do not automatically charge your card on file * We email tracking data once your item is shipped. Items are considered delivered when the USPS or UPS tracking data states the item has been delivered. We DO NOT issue refuds because you cannot find the item, or if someone steals your package, or the wind the blew it away, or for any other reason because you cannot place your hands on the item(s). Once tracking states your purchase has been delivered, all other delivery or receipt issues are out of our control. Contact UPS or the USPS for these issues and not us. * Non-local bidders will receive a payment invoice (shipping included) directly from our company for payment, We do not currently charge your card on file automatically. * All items are sold as is whereas no exceptions * All carat weights are estimates * Buyer's have 5 calendar days from tracking receipt to iniate a return. Refunds are issued once items are returned at the buyer's expense * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us. * A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to every item sold. This covers the cost of processing credit cards * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. (BRING HELP) * Out of staate bidders are credit cards only * Local bidders can pay cash, checks and credit cards at pick up * All of our auctions have a soft close. * Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. * While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Firearms: All firearms requiring shippng will be sent to a licemsed FFL dealer. It is the bidders responsibility to provide us with this documentation. FFL documents can be emailed to soliquidations@yahoo.com. Firearms made prior to 1898 abd black powder firearms are exempt. Online payments may not be available for firearms purchases.
