End of year vintage sale! Vintage 40s-90s clothing items, vintage costume jewelry, some mid century home goods, and a few modern retro style pieces. Excited to share this lovely vintage collection with you! Credit card authorization required upon registering for auction. The credit card on file will automatically be charged upon the end of the auction. Buyer is responsible for winning bid amounts, 10% Buyer's Premium, 7% South Carolina Sales Tax and if requiring shipping the $5 flat handling cost and shipping costs. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS. No refunds or exchanges. All or most items are vintage/secondhand so please understand that minor imperfections are expected, however all descriptions & photographs will be, in good faith, the most accurate representation of the item and it's condition. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. It is buyer's responsibility to look through all provided photos and description. For in-person pickups, please look at pick up instructions. Items will not be held, unless there's an extenuating circumstance that has been discussed via e-mail prior to auction end and agreement is made for alternative pickup. SHIPPING: A $5 handling charge applied to all orders for each box of items whether it's one item or multiple. Shipping costs will be added to invoice and charged AUTOMATICALLY to the card on file shipped within 7 business days of auction end. IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING, PLEASE make sure that your registered address in your account info is accurate, this is where your items will be shipped. Rekindled Vintage will not be responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect address. You as the buyer must notify RVC if you would like your item/items shipped at the close of the auction. If shipping is required, a $5 flat handling fee and cost of shipping will automatically be charged to card on file when the item is prepared for shipping within 7 business days.
PICKUP: Local winners who wish to do pickup may come on Tuesday 12/10/24 between 10AM-1:00 PM or Wednesday, 12/11/24 between 9 AM- 1:00 PM. The address for pickup will be: 3072 Wimbledon Ln Rock Hill, SC 29732 *Please drive carefully through neighborhood as it is a residential address with a lot of walkers in the neighborhood. Bring your own bags and packing materials if necessary for carrying your winning items. Please e-mail at rekindledvintageco@gmail.com which day and time frame you expect to pick up. If you absolutely cannot make those days and times, please reach out to discuss alternative pickups. Local pickup will not be available after 7 days, and I will automatically ship the item to your address that is registered. SHIPPING: Items will be shipping within 7 business days. YOU MUST e-mail me at: rekindledvintageco@gmail.com and let me know that you require shipping at the end of the auction close. I will send back a quick confirmation e-mail. Items will be shipped to the address that is registered to your HiBid account. PLEASE check to make sure that the address is correct as Rekindled Vintage will not be responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address due to the account not being updated. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES: A $5 flat handling fee is applied to all orders where shipping is required, whether you order 1 item or multiple. Shipping is done in house and through USPS so the shipping price charged to you will be the price that it costs and no more besides the handling fee. I will choose the cheapest option which is usually ground advantage- if you specifically want an upgraded shipping option, please communicate that with me. The handling fee and shipping charge will AUTOMATICALLY be charged to the card on file when I go to ship it, so you will see the charge come through within the 7 business days. *After 10 days of no correspondence, I will put the items back in the next auction and without a refund.
