We have a packed house in South County just a short distance off Reavis Barracks Road. Home features a wide variety of items including some MCM pieces, lots of small kitchen appliances, glassware, washer & dryer set, vintage cigarette lighters, costume jewelry, Pyrex and much more. This sale is PACKED. We have several box lots. Everything is sold as is. Almost all the furniture shows surface wear, scratches, etc. Check all pictures and read lot descriptions before bidding. We make no attempt to improve items. Be sure to bring help to remove any large furniture pieces and bulk lots. TWO DAY PICK UP: THURSDAY 10/19/23 from 12 PM to 4 PM & FRIDAY 10/20/23 from 12 PM to 4 PM. **DUE TO THE SMALL HOME SIZE AND LIMITED PARKING WE ARE DOING A TWO DAY PICK UP - LARGE FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES CAN ONLY BE PICKED UP ON DAY TWO / FRIDAY - NO EXCEPTIONS** Pick up is two days only - 12PM-4PM Thursday 10/19 and Friday 10/20. Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up are forfeited at the end of pick up. Please do not call us after pick up requesting to pick up lots. They will not be available and we are not setting lots out for pick up later. We lose access to the home after pick up. **PARKING WARNING** Home is located in a small subdivision that has a narrow street and dead ends where the home is. It can be difficult to turn around if multiple cars are there at once. Please be patient. Home is also very small and packed. Limited people are allowed in. We will run lots out as quick as we can. Thank you. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. No shipping without Auctioneer approval. We only ship small non fragile, easy to ship items (ex-quilt). If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We have no control how emails are received on your end, therefore you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Be on the lookout. **We're also implementing a new system that sends a second notice incase the first email isn't received & we're texting winning bidders on pick up day.** Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited.
