We have a packed house in House Springs, MO just off old Hwy 21. This smoke free home features a wide variety of items including tools galore, several power tools, riding lawn mower, home decor, washer and dryer set, some furniture and lots of everyday household items. Auctions Lots are located on the main level, garage, front yard, backyard, basement (with walkout) and in the detached garage (some items are dusty but most tools & items in the detached Garage look very nice). Bring packing supplies for large glass lots. We do not prepackage everything. Please note, all items are sold as is. We do not test items unless noted and those items must be tested onsite. We do not issue refunds once the item leaves pick up. Do not assume items are in perfect condition or new. As noted above, most items are used and we cannot check every single item for wear and tear. If you have questions regarding an item then you're welcome to contact us. **PICK UP IS THURSDAY ONLY 8/24/23 from 12 PM to 6 PM** Pick up is one day only - Thursday 8/24 from 12 PM to 6 PM. Full address shown on winning invoice. You may send someone to pick up your items for you. Any items not picked up are forfeited. We lose access to the home after pick up. Bidders are fully responsible for removing all items safely and within the scheduled pick up time. Any damage done to the home is charged to the bidder. Bring tools if a lot requires them. Bring help to remove heavy furniture pieces. No shipping without Auctioneer approval. We typically only ship small non fragile, easy to ship items (ex-quilt). We are not shipping any glassware lots or large art pieces. You must contact Heather for approval - Heathershayne@gmail.com. Any lots not approved for shipping are subject to being forfeited or increased fees. Invoices are sent the night the auction ends, usually within one hour. If you do not receive an invoice then check junk mail and add "info@2pickinchicks.com" to your safe list. We do not control how emails are received on your end, therefore you are 100% responsible for receiving the invoice and picking up within the scheduled time. Contact Heather if you have any questions or need a copy of your invoice. Anytime you see "may have won" under an item, that means you won and will receive an invoice. Be on the lookout. We also send a second email with pick up details. Effective 4/21/2023 - Bidders must check all items onsite before leaving. We give every bidder an invoice copy. It is your responsibility to ensure you leave with all your items. We get very busy during pick up, so be sure to check off each item on the invoice as you take them. Once pick up ends, assume anything left is forfeited. Any items listed as working or tested must be tested onsite. We do not issue any refunds once the item leaves and/or after pick up ends.
