We have a nice home in Olivette we're liquidating. This ranch home is smoke free and very clean. There is no basement so everything is located on the main level (yay! no stairs). Be sure to bring help to load bulky items. This home is being sold and the bidder is responsible for removing all items safely without damaging the home. This home is getting fully cleaned out so you must take all contents within the lot. Any large furniture items not picked up may incur a removal fee. The same is true for small lots not picked up. Please do your part and pick up any won lots to avoid a removal fee. Auction runs from 5/6/23 through 5/10/23. The first lot goes off at 7 PM CST Wednesday night. Pick up is Thursday 5/11/23 from 12 PM to 6 PM. The full address will be shown on the invoice. We are not offering shipping but if you see something small and easy to package then email heathershayne@gmail.com for shipping approval.
