We will not ship large fragile non approved items. Any items over $100 require insurance at the buyer’s expense. Pick up is one day only - Sunday 4/16 from 10 AM to 4 PM. If you cannot pick up during this time then you may send someone in your place. Otherwise do not bid. Items not picked up are forfeited and may incur a removal fee. This home is getting cleaned out so we need everything picked up. Thank you. This home is located in the heart of Kirkwood. Parking could be tight at times. Do not block driveways. We have items on the main level, front yard, backyard and upstairs. Bring help to remove any large items. You are fully responsible for picking up items within the pick up hours and removing them safely. Any damage done to the home are charged to the bidder. Auction runs from 4/9/2023 through 4/15/2023.
