We will contact you to set up an appointment to meet in Hellertown if agreeable by the homeowner. Auction live bidding starts February 7, 2024, first lot closes February 15th at 2:00pm.. 1) PAYMENT: Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction. Once sale is over, if you won any items your card will be charged unless otherwise requested. Unless you have specifically indicated that you wish to pay in cash (PRIOR TO THE AUCTION START) your card WILL be CHARGED. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Everything will be paid for through HiBid by credit card, a 15% buyers premium and 3% credit card fee is applied to all purchases. If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at address given to winners only in Hellertown. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will be Friday, Saturday, Monday. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THIS SCHEDULED DATE due to real estate closing!. If you are picking up furniture: Furniture will be located on the ground floor. BRING YOUR OWN LABOR! We cannot always help with loading furniture. There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements, we can recommend a shipper to you. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees. 3) SHIPPING: Smaller items can be shipped for an additional handling fee, shipping is done in house. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the Queue. An additional handling fee will apply to pack and transport shipping items to our shipping facility. This charge is determined by the size of your purchase and can range from $5.00-25.00. 4) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via credit card through HiBid. 15% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, no tax for this onsite auction. If you wish to pay with a check or cash (please bring exact amount due) you must contact us via email PRIOR to the auction close time, you will not be charged the credit card 3% processing fee. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON. Checks are to be made payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction. Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Any credit cards that are declined will be reprocessed the next day. If unable to process, cash or check will be required at pick up time or before shipping process begins. There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. There are NO exceptions and ALL SALES ARE FINAL
PICKUP YOUR ITEMS at the address on top of your invoice (given to winners only). Schedule your pick up using the Shippingsaint.com link that will be sent to winners only via email. If you are picking up furniture, bring your own labor and supplies for moving. All furniture will be on the first floor. Scheduled pick ups by appointment only will be Friday, Saturday, Monday. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE DAYS OFFERED DUE TO CLOSING DEADLINES! There is shipping available for smaller items but NO shipping for furniture. Shipping is done in house and will begin after all pick ups are complete. Due to this being a private residence auction, an additional handling fee will apply to pack and transport shipping items to our shipping facility. This charge is determined by the size of your purchase and can range from $5.00-25.00. For furniture or other large items, we recommend using UShip or an independent shipper, call for more details.
