By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any point or to reopen bidding on any lot due to system failures or disputes. Pickup for this auction is on MONDAY February 19, 2024 between the hours of 2:00PM and 5:00PM at 147 Race Street, Sunbury, PA 17801. Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items they’ve won. Any item not picked up on the primary pickup day will be forfeited unless the buyer contacts the auctioneer to make other arrangements. By Bidding in this online auction, you acknowledge and consent to the premise that the Owner and Auctioneer are not liable for accidents that may occur on the property. If you do not pick up or fail to contact Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC to make arrangements to pick up or ship we will assume you are forfeiting the items you won. In such case we will dispose of the items in a manner we deem best. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. Joe Kantz Auctions, LLC does not offer shipping for this auction. Failure to pay and or pickup items could result in being restricted in bidding in future auctions. We also may share non-paying bidder information with other auction companies. No Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be collected on this auction! Once the auction is completed an invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (all checks must be a Pennsylvania residence and any returned checks will receive a $30 fee for insufficient funds).
