Description
Gilded Age London Mansion. Forever England "Longbourn" by Bryan Pool (1987(, This piece was purchased for $5500 in 2006. This stately four story house has a brick exterior, second story wrought iron balconies, and a sunken garden patio with spiral staircase access. On the first floor, paving stones lead to tiled front steps, and paneled front door with working lion knocker. Multiple paned and glazed windows throughout. First floor windows with window boxes and shutters. Third floor windows with window boxes. Hinged access panels on all four stories. First floor panel may need some alterations in order to open fully. Basement interior has a kitchen with a stone floor. First floor has entryway and living room with fireplace and wall sconces. Second floor is a paneled office or study with dark wood paneling, built-in bookshelves and a stone fireplace. Third floor has wood floor, stone fireplace with coals, andirons, and fender. Fourth floor includes real blue tiles with working period pull-flush toilet, hand-painted sink and tub, and water dispenser. Overall good condition. Structure is electrified, but does not work. Some repair needed to front railing, shingles, and brick. Approximate dimensions: 56.5" high x 24" wide x 23.5" deep

Payment is due within 7 calendar days of auction. Payment may be made with Visa/MC/AMEX, cash, money orders, cashier's checks. Keystone Auctions DOES NOT accept PayPal, Bid Pay, or Western Union wires. We will send invoices with CurrencyPay option but we may also charge cards directly. Bank wires accepted > $1000 (+$25 inbound bank fee) and may be required for high $ purchase, gold, diamonds, sterling and non-US bidders. *An email will be sent with instructions should that be the case.* Purchases paid with checks held until payment has cleared. You may pick up your items in person Monday afternoon thru Friday morning by prescheduled appointment, within 14 days. Call 717-755-8954 to schedule. Furniture should be picked up within 2 weeks. *Unless other arrangements are made, Keystone Auctions will automatically transfer paid orders to our preferred shipper to provide shipping quotes. Please allow a week for the transfer, another for the quote, call if you need it expedited. If you are arranging your own shipper or pick up, notify us at time of payment. We use Postal Connections Store Store #209. Items not picked up or shipped within 30 days may be resold, storage fees may apply.
