1. Online bidding starts Friday November 10 and ends Friday December 1st, 2023 beginning at 7:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process every minute. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute.
2. Items can be previewed on location during the D Cole Auctioneering Estate Sale on November 18th and 19th.
3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at 654 OAKHILL LANE GREENSBURG PA. 15601 642 on Sunday December 3rd from 10:00AM to 5:00 PM. Signs will be posted. PAYMENTS ARE NOT PROCESSED THROUGH HIBID AT THIS TIME.
4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids
5. Note that items being Auctioned in the estate sale are offered with no reserve.
6. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with lots that they have won.
7. Payment is due at the time of pick up on December 3rd, 2023. Credit cards, wire transfer and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
8. Shipping is offered on a limited basis for certain lots in this auction, but will work your freight or shipping service provided pickup is made within one week of the auction close.
9. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express.
10. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP DURING PICK UP TIMES AND DAY PRIOR TO BIDDING
11 WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD ANY ITEMS AFTER THESE PICK UP TIMES.
12. Any items left after this time are forfeited and your credit card may be charged

14. We have limited ability to help load heavier items so please ensure you bring help with these item.
15. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.

17. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction.
18. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions.
19. This is an online auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or charge backs are accepted
20. Purchaser enters the property at their own risk and liability and holds D. Cole Auctioneering & Estate Sales LLC and HIT Auctions LLC harmless for any damage to goods during removal. Purchaser also holds D. Cole Auctioneering & Estate Sales LLC and HIT Auctions LLC harmless and free of any liability whatsoever for any injury or claims of any kind by any person that may arise during the previews and/or removal of any item or while on the premises.
21. The Seller, or any of the Seller’s agents or employees, or D. Cole Auctioneering & Estate Sales LLC and HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer’s agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and D. Cole Auctioneering & Estate Sales LLC and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property. This indemnity and hold harmless agreement is to extend to Seller D. Cole Auctioneering & Estate Sales LLC and HIT Auctions LLC to the fullest extent permitted by law.
