Firearm Auction Terms and Conditions 1. All Items Sold As-Is: All items are sold AS IS with all faults and imperfections. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items and assess their condition, value, and other details. While we strive to describe items accurately, no guarantees are made. The bidder is responsible for determining value. 2. Age and Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to register for this auction. You must be 18 to purchase a long gun and 21 to purchase a handgun. 3. No Warranties on Firearms: Just Sold Auctions has not test-fired any firearms in this auction and does not guarantee their condition. It is highly recommended that all firearms be inspected for safety before use. NO REFUNDS. 4. Legal Compliance: All federal and state firearms laws will be strictly followed. Background checks are required for all firearm purchases and must be completed before taking possession. If you fail the background check, the item will be resold in a future auction. Out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your area. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs plus a $15 handling fee per firearm.
