Units will be open for viewing from 10:00 until 11:00 am on day of sale. This will be a WHOLE UNIT auction - the unit will be offered and sold in its entirety. No" picking" or "piecemealing" of unit permitted. A one-time $75 refundable cleaning deposit is required and will be returned when unit is left in broom swept condition. One Week Removal. If unit is not emptied on day of auction purchaser must place own lock on door. If prior arrangements are not made with the Owner or Auctioneer, all item(s) left in the unit after 5:00 p.m., Saturday, November 30, 2024 shall be considered forfeited along with the $75 cleaning deposit. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bidding between those bidders, and those bidders only. 5. The Auctioneer is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the auction. 6. Announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over any previously printed material.
