By registering for the auction, you agree to all and any terms & conditions and bids are legal and binding. IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO PAY OR PICK UP ITEMS, DO NOT BID! If you do not pay or pickup, you will be blocked from future auctions and will be given negative feedback. ***If you do NOT pick up your items, you will be auto-charged for them AND your items will be considered to be abandoned and you will forfeit your items unless you've made prior arrangements with the auctioneer. *** All item descriptions are believed to be accurate, but all items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties or guarantees. Size and quantities given are approximate and may vary. Any lot that is determined to be inaccurate may be withdrawn or corrected at any time before or during the auction. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Buyer's Premium is 10%. Payment is in the form of cash, credit card, or approved check. If paying by check, items may be held until funds clear. Please note pickup dates/times. Pickup will be Monday, July 22nd from 12 noon till 5pm and Tuesday, July 23th from 12 noon till 2pm (or by other arrangements made BEFORE bidding). **Please notify us if these times are not good for you - we can make other arrangements!! - Days were changed due to the Microsoft outage on Thursday evening and we realize these times might not work for you. You MUST BRING HELP to load items! Some items can be shipped, but you must have a US address to ship. Some items are just too heavy or large to ship. If you have questions about whether an item can be shipped, please contact the auctioneer BEFORE you bid. If you require shipping, you will be auto-charged for your item with the addition of only a $5 handling fee. This auto-charge does NOT include shipping costs. We use a local company, Mail and Copy Plus, to ship and shipping costs are paid directly to them.
