Property is selling AS IS and not subject to financing, appraisals or inspections. Buyers may obtain inspections at their own expense. Buyer is to verify lot size, square footage, restrictions, floodplain, and taxes. Auctioneer/Seller will not be liable for this information. Any buyer represented by a licensed Realtor must be registered 48 hours prior to bidding. Property will be offered with reserve on June 22 at 12:00 PM and will accept both live bids and online bids.
